About S&S Tire Company

S&S Tire Company is a tire shop in Surprise, Arizona. It is listed at 13323 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85378, which places it among the local businesses of Surprise that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (623) 975-2475. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, tiresaz.com.

The manager Ken and his team are absolutely amazing! Came in today with a big puncture in my truck tire and they had me patched, plug and back on the road in 15 mins. The master mechanic Robert is very knowledgeable and does not give me false information just to make a dollar. This is the only place I will bring my vehicles because of the professionalism, craftsmanship, and great customer service every employee has shown me. Keep up the great work Ken and crew, I'll be sending more business your way! Thanks!!

You hear stories how some shops take advantage of those who don’t know any better and I could’ve very well been one. However, I had the best experience ever, even the wait wasn’t too bad. It’s a great shop, great people and excellent service. Thanks to Joel for coming out to tell me my bill would be about $200 cheaper than originally quoted and thank you Jeff for your great customer service. I would highly recommend S & S Tire & Auto to anyone. Thanks guys!!!

I had a blowout on a Friday late afternoon close to their closing hours but Brad was so nice and understanding that he waited after hours for my car to be towed there so that he could get all the required information and have the warehouse in Phoenix pull the tire I needed and have it delivered first thing Saturday morning. He stayed in touch with me to keep me updated and my car was ready when promised. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Awesome service and very friendly.

So impressed with the service at this S&S location! I was referred by two family members who have been there before, and I was not disappointed. Very kind, quick, and courteous. Quoted me prices on tires and the prices look competitive - gave me multiple options with those quotes, tailored to my individual needs. And did not try to pressure me into buying now. Patched my tire plus fixed another unrelated issue. I am pleased and will not only recommend them but also plan to return! In particular, thanks to Brad Slagle, for making me feel welcome and being so pleasant in every possible way. Nice to see somewhere that actually knows what quality looks like and still provides true customer service!
